Britney Spears has won back the right to see her children - and celebrated by going out on a shopping spree yesterday.
The "delighted" pop star headed for Fovever 21 fashion store in Los Angeles after a court lifted a banning order so that the singer can see her sons in a "therapeutic environment".
But under strict conditions made by their father, her ex-husband Kevin Federline, Britney, 26, must be accompanied by her father Jamie and a psychiatrist.
Britney, who has been hospitalised twice for mental breakdowns, is said to be "overjoyed" at the breakthrough.
Elliot Mintz, a spokesman for K-Fed, 29, said: "Jamie Spears went a long way in terms of stabilising an environment that surrounded Britney which was wildly in flux.
"It's clear Britney is in a different place now than she was a week or two ago."
